Save as pdf to CS4. Type must be converted to outlines. Non vector images must be provided as a BITMAP TIF at 100% size with a minimum of 800 dpi. (1200 dpi is recommended) Any bitmap TIF images should be embedded. Or let us help! Send a jpg of what you have in mind and we can go from there and quote for computer time. It's usually a minimal charge. Available Ink Color choices: Flame Red - Pantone - VS312 Red Peppr - Pantone - VS346 Black - Pantone - VS101 Brown - Pantone - VS350 Yellow - Pantone - VS301 Green - Pantone - VS 338 Brilliant Blue - Pantone - VS316 Custom Color Matching: For custom colors we hand mix and approximate the matching color. We can also order a special ink color if you have something commercially available in mind. PROOF COPY: We will email a pdf proof copy that represents your print. This also represents the plate that will be ordered to print your piece. You will be asked to approve and Sign-Off on the proof. Photopolymer Plate: We use photopolymer plates to print your artwork. Once the plate is ordered the wheels are in motion and we cannot make any changes unless a new plate is ordered. In the event of a change order after the plate is ordered a 2nd plate will be ordered at the customers expense. Hopefully the proofing process will eliminate this issue. Payment: We accept Paypal. Personal & business checks must clear before work begins. We prefer 50% up front to put your job on the calendar. The balance (including the shipping charges) will be due upon completion and before the work is shipped out. Turnaround Time: Our standard turn around time for print production is 10-12 business days. Calculated when you sign off on the PDF proof and either Pay in Full or a 50% deposit. Customer Deadline: Please let us know if you have a Deadline date and we will be sure you have the printed pieces in time. This may mean a Rush charge and or extra shipping charges. Shipping: Final box size and weight will determine the shipping cost. We will provide the cost and shipping options as the project nears completion. We ship U.S.PS.Priority mail and Fed Ex. Ground. If you require overnight, 2nd day air please let us know and we will calculate the added expense. |
